Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Louisville, KY)

Lumen Rowan Hospitality is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Track costs around group events against budget and explain variances to managers. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • Familiarity with audit requirements.
