Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Little Rock, AR)

Greenridge Summit Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Little Rock. We are hiring an Accountant to take on revenue reconciliation. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to warranty claims, and clear open items. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
