Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Little Rock, AR)

Greenridge Bridge Hospitality is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Track costs around food costs against budget and explain variances to managers. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Familiarity with audit requirements.
