Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Las Vegas, NV)

Nova Forge Energy Group is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Track costs around outage response against budget and explain variances to managers. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
