Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Las Vegas, NV)

Highbridge Willow Pharma is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 533 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Track costs around regulatory filings against budget and explain variances to managers. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to quality documentation, and clear open items. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Experience with quality documentation.
