Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Las Vegas, NV)

Summit Basin Banking Services is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 599 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Track costs around account openings against budget and explain variances to managers. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
