Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Corner Pharma and adding an Accountant whose main responsibility will be revenue reconciliation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to batch records, and clear open items. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Track costs around regulatory filings against budget and explain variances to managers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
