Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Jacksonville, FL)

Northwind Basin Care Services is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Track costs around family communication against budget and explain variances to managers. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to client records, and clear open items. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
