Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Clear Care Services and adding an Accountant whose main responsibility will be revenue reconciliation. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to caregiver training, and clear open items. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
