Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Fresno, CA)

Stonegate Corner Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Fresno producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need an Accountant to lead our revenue reconciliation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Track costs around batch records against budget and explain variances to managers. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
