Accountant - revenue reconciliation (El Paso, TX)

Rivermark Hollow Care Services is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Track costs around care plans against budget and explain variances to managers. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Experience with licensing.
