Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Dallas, TX)

Silverline Maple Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Dallas, and we need an Accountant to lead our revenue reconciliation. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Track costs around batch records against budget and explain variances to managers. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to cleanroom operations, and clear open items. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
