Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Colorado Springs, CO)

Highbridge Corner Pharma Group is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to release testing, and clear open items. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
