Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Charlotte, NC)

Redstone Sable Financial serves customers across Charlotte with accounts, loans and payments, and we need an Accountant to lead our revenue reconciliation. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Track costs around customer onboarding against budget and explain variances to managers. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to loan applications, and clear open items. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
