Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Charlotte, NC)

Highbridge Linden Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Charlotte with personal care and coordination, and we need an Accountant to lead our revenue reconciliation. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Track costs around visit scheduling against budget and explain variances to managers. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
