Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Charlotte, NC)

Lumen Cobalt Pharma is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 97 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to release testing, and clear open items. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
