Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Albuquerque, NM)

Silverline Ridge Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Albuquerque. We are hiring an Accountant to take on revenue reconciliation. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Track costs around complaint handling against budget and explain variances to managers. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
