Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Albuquerque, NM)

Rivermark Haven Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Albuquerque. We are hiring an Accountant to take on revenue reconciliation. You would join a small organisation of about 69 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Track costs around cleanroom operations against budget and explain variances to managers. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to quality documentation, and clear open items. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Familiarity with audit requirements.
