Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Albuquerque, NM)

Silverline Union Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Albuquerque, and we need an Accountant to lead our revenue reconciliation. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to supplier orders, and clear open items. • Track costs around reviews and feedback against budget and explain variances to managers. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
