Accountant - grant and fund accounting (remote)

Silverline Keystone Telecom is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on grant and fund accounting for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Track costs around network equipment against budget and explain variances to managers. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to service installations, and clear open items. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
