Accountant - fixed assets (St. Louis, MO)

Harborlight Drift Health Partners provides primary and specialty care in St. Louis. We are hiring an Accountant to take on fixed assets. You would join a small organisation of about 161 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to patient scheduling, and clear open items. • Track costs around referrals against budget and explain variances to managers. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
