Accountant - fixed assets (St. Louis, MO)

Clearpath Corner Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around St. Louis. We are hiring an Accountant to take on fixed assets. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Track costs around clinical studies against budget and explain variances to managers. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to release testing, and clear open items. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
