Accountant - fixed assets (Reno, NV)

Silverline Lantern Pharma is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on fixed assets for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Reno. What you will do • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to quality documentation, and clear open items. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Track costs around batch records against budget and explain variances to managers. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • A degree or certificate in accounting.
