Accountant - fixed assets (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Wilder Pharma Group and adding an Accountant whose main responsibility will be fixed assets. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to cleanroom operations, and clear open items. • Track costs around regulatory filings against budget and explain variances to managers. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
