Accountant - fixed assets (remote)

Stonegate Clear Care Services is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on fixed assets for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track costs around licensing against budget and explain variances to managers. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to caregiver training, and clear open items. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
