Accountant - fixed assets (remote)

Clearpath Bridge Facilities is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on fixed assets for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to contractor visits, and clear open items. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
