Accountant - fixed assets (remote)

Foxglove Yarrow Hospitality is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on fixed assets for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Track costs around guest bookings against budget and explain variances to managers. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to group events, and clear open items. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
