Accountant - fixed assets (Little Rock, AR)

Highbridge Cross Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Little Rock. We are hiring an Accountant to take on fixed assets. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Track costs around housekeeping schedules against budget and explain variances to managers. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to guest bookings, and clear open items. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
