Accountant - accounts payable (Tulsa, OK)

Silverline Thistle Pharma Group is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on accounts payable for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to clinical studies, and clear open items. • Track costs around release testing against budget and explain variances to managers. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
