Accountant - accounts payable (remote)

Bluepeak Bridge Health Group is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on accounts payable for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to clinic supplies, and clear open items. • Track costs around insurance authorisations against budget and explain variances to managers. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
