Accountant - accounts payable (Miami, FL)

Bright Ivory Health Partners is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on accounts payable for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Track costs around referrals against budget and explain variances to managers. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
