We found an apartment we can afford (update)

After 4 weeks of searching, we found an apartment we can afford in Minneapolis. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The landlord took a chance on us. It was worth not giving up.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Thanks for sharing the deposit help tip. I will look into it.
