We found an apartment we can afford (Richmond)

We signed a lease yesterday after a long hunt. I worked as a quality inspector before this. A local programme helped with the deposit. If you are searching, keep going.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
