We found an apartment we can afford (Denver)

After 14 weeks of searching, we found an apartment we can afford in Denver. This is my first time dealing with any of this. A local programme helped with the deposit. If you are searching, keep going.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
