We found an apartment we can afford - any advice?

After 24 weeks of searching, we found an apartment we can afford in Baltimore. It has been weighing on me all week. The landlord took a chance on us. Thanks for all the tips.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
