We found an apartment we can afford - any advice?

After 5 weeks of searching, we found an apartment we can afford in Salt Lake City. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The landlord took a chance on us. If you are searching, keep going.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
