We found an apartment we can afford - any advice?

Oluwaseun Iyer · 2026-05-09T00:02:53.722Z

After 26 weeks of searching, we found an apartment we can afford in San Diego. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The landlord took a chance on us.
