We found an apartment we can afford after 15 years as a copywriter

We signed a lease yesterday after a long hunt. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. A local programme helped with the deposit. Thanks for all the tips.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Thanks for sharing the deposit help tip. I will look into it.
