We found an apartment we can afford

After 14 weeks of searching, we found an apartment we can afford in St. Louis. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. A local programme helped with the deposit. It was worth not giving up.

Thanks for sharing the deposit help tip. I will look into it.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
