We found an apartment we can afford - 13 weeks in

After 13 weeks of searching, we found an apartment we can afford in Baltimore. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The landlord took a chance on us.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Thanks for sharing the deposit help tip. I will look into it.
