We found an apartment we can afford - 13 weeks in

We signed a lease yesterday after a long hunt. It has been weighing on me all week. The landlord took a chance on us. If you are searching, keep going.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
