Small win: caught up on rent - what worked for you?

My first paycheck after 11 weeks arrived today. I called the lender and they worked with me. Hoping it is the start of a better run.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
