Small win: caught up on rent - what worked for you?

I finally caught up on rent after the layoff as a bookkeeper. I am in Spokane, in case local advice matters. I called the lender and they worked with me. Hoping it is the start of a better run.

That must feel amazing. Thanks for sharing.
