Small win: caught up on rent - any advice?

I finally caught up on rent after the layoff as a production planner. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I called the lender and they worked with me. Wanted to share a good day.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
