Small win: caught up on rent - any advice?

I finally caught up on rent after the layoff as an accounts payable clerk. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I made a list of what to pay first. Thank you for reading.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
