Small win: caught up on rent - any advice?

I finally caught up on rent after the layoff as a school bus driver. Thank you in advance. I called the lender and they worked with me. Thank you for reading.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
