Small win: caught up on rent - any advice?

My first paycheck after 22 weeks arrived today. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I called the lender and they worked with me. Hoping it is the start of a better run.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
