Small win: caught up on rent - any advice?

I finally caught up on rent after the layoff as a web developer. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I made a list of what to pay first. Wanted to share a good day.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Enjoy it. Go and have a cup of tea on the day.
