Small win: caught up on rent - any advice?

I finally caught up on rent after the layoff as a customer-service rep. I do not usually post, so bear with me. It is a small amount, but it feels huge. Thank you for reading.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
