Small win: caught up on rent after 16 years as a call-centre agent

I paid off a bill that had been weighing on me. It has been weighing on me all week. I called the lender and they worked with me. Wanted to share a good day.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
